As part of the Sellect Realty family of companies, The Office Advisors focuses on the long-term relationship with our clients rather than the short term transaction. Our staff and brokers take the highest levels of care in our representation of both business and owners. We aim to understand their needs and desires and then translate those needs into the contract for the right property. Our goal is to give businesses and their owners the quality and attention to detail that is often overlooked in the commercial real estate industry. Our leadership team has experience in a wide array of areas including, but not limited to, independent medical practitioners, financial services professionals, the non-profit sector, dental practices, veterinary practices, and many other professional services. We understand the needs of these varying industries and aim to provide the resources necessary for these professionals to build and maintain their facilities needs for years to come.
Reid has extensive experience in residential investments, commercial tenant representation, and commercial sales. After working for several large firms, he felt that the commercial real estate industry lacked the commitment to deliver the best we can offer to our clients.
This led Reid to open The Office Advisors, a commercial firm that offers clients and brokers a new way to think about commercial real estate.
In his free time, Reid can be found doing something outside with his trusty dog, Knox.
Neda’s accomplished career started in radio as a national sales manager. Neda was then offered a full-time position as a Dior Fragrance Coordinator. Neda was then offered the Account Executive position with the company overseeing 53 stores. She became the 3rd highest ranking Account Executive in the country.
In April 2016, Neda went into real estate. She learned all she could about land, new construction, and frequented planning and zoning meetings. Neda forged her own path as a New Home Sales Specialist.
Her heartfelt passion in life is her family. Neda’s three grandsons are a top priority in her life whether it’s fishing, bowling, or just hanging out playing video games (which she loses every time).
Jude specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of properties across the U.S., with a focus on office properties. He has founded his practice on the delivery of responsive and reliable client attention and consistent services. His role as a consultant and advisor is measured by the value added to his clients and the execution of their goals.
Mr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, having completed all of the core courses. In his free time, Jude enjoys traveling, attending sports games, and spending time with family and friends.
Leah has extensive experience in the real estate industry having worked in finance/accounting, commercial leasing, and residential and commercial sales. She worked in accounting and finance for a large commercial retail property investment firm, she has operational experience in the management of a retail mall. She moved into retail leasing and eventually into real estate sales. She stands ready to bring this unique set of experiences to assist clients to find not only the best property but also the right business transaction.
Leah is married and has two children. She is active in the National Charity League (NCL) and her church. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from SUNY Albany.
